Strap hurts
I do not like these shoes. They are not comfortable because the black strap has no flexibility. Not worth it purchase...
I ordered this item, but the shoes are very uncomfortable, and they rubbed my skin. I have requested a refund; however, according to the return policy, only $5.95 should be deducted. Instead, I was informed that $11.92 would be deducted from my total paid amount!!!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Badmaarag. Nice but Heavy
