Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars 2/26/2016 Gorgeous Skirt! I am 5'5", 130, with wider hips than bust. I normally wear a 4-6 and ordered a M. It fits great! The colors and beautiful and it has just the right amount of sparkle. It could be dressed up or down!
