Skirt waistband is tight
The top of this outfit is perfect, but the skirt waistband elastic is very tight. It looked a little strange bc as soon as the elastic band ends, it flares out with a lot of extra material at the hips, creating an odd shape. I have a broad back and skirt was fine, but needed a medium in the top. Skirt medium vs skirt small you can't tell the difference!
