Zipper Doesn't Work
The zipper is impossible. It kept getting stuck and the material of the dress is cheap for how much it costs.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Mallory! Love this dress.
I'm more of a s/m for fitted items. When I first tried it on it was snug and hard to zip. I tried it on a few more times trying to decide and I assumed I'd be a bit uncomfortable since I didn't have time to exchange. I think the material relaxed and I was actually so comfortable wearing it for hours and danced all night ate and drank and was very comfortable. I got so many compliments on this dress. Gorgeous dress, but had issues with the hook and zipper

Poor quality
I really wanted to love this dress . I purchased it two times because it was cute and I thought maybe the second time it would be better. The first time it came and the zipper was not smooth and broke immediately upon zipping up. The second time I wore it and only realized at the party that part of the chiffon was tearing at the seams .
