My last Lulu's order
Ordered a couple dresses on the Labor Day sale. They both were marked exchange only. When I got them, they were too small despite using the sizing calculator. When I tried to exchange, they would not exchange, and it said I could instead post it on Poshmark. I then message Lulu's where the rep said we can refund you. I said, I don't want a refund.
