Cute but Heavy
So I love this dress! Fits perfectly... Taking into consideration that I am very short I'm happy with where the dress landed. A little bit below the knee. I will say the arms are long and I will have to have those hemmed but when you're 4'11 you can't expect a dress to necessarily accommodate all of your body. The material is more of a heavyweight.
