Winter dress

Cute, perfect for winter
Considered wearing this dress for an outdoor fall wedding. It ended up being a warmer day so I decided against it because the material is so THICK! There's also a second light layer underneath. The blue color is true to what you see online. This dress will be perfect for winter. Also the bottom flared out a little more than I would have liked to. Too Big
The fit was not what I was expecting. I was supposed to be a large in the size chart predictor but the dress ran big.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Meredith! Cute but material was snagged and too long for me
fits nicely in chest and waste looks small. BUT material is cheaply made. I saw a snag before I put it on. I also kind of feel too long as comes at my knees. should be a bit before. I was torn but returning.
