Felt cheap
The shoe it's self is adorable and it looks just like the picture. The sizing is true to size as well. I teeter between a 7 1/2 and 8 and decided to go with the 7 1/2 and it fit great. The reason I returned them was because of the heel. It felt really unsturdy and felt as if it could just snap off. I do believe it is a hollow heel too.
