Love dress BUT not for small chest

Doesn't fit

Weird Top
I really wanted to love the dress. The back is stunning and falls at the perfect spot of your lower back. Super sexy but classy at the same time. The huge problem was the halter part of the dress. I needed several inches altered from the length, but the fabric and colors are great
