The worst dress I've ever bought

Top looks weird
It's a beautiful dress; I loved the waist and the flowy bottom, but frankly, the "asymmetric" top looks more like someone made a mistake and cut one side too much than an intentional design. Beautiful color, army green. The asymmetrical neckline is just a little strange around the neck.
