    Faulty Zipper

    I SO wanted to love this dress and was really excited about trying it on. The quality and color are amazing, as shown! It is a bit long, though. Unfortunately, the zipper snagged about 2/3rds of the way up the track. After successfully closing it, the bottom of the track separated, and now the zipper only functions at the top third. I have initiated a return because of the zipper.

    Terrible Zipper

    I ordered this dress for an event - I'm a true medium and the fit is great/slightly on the bigger side. HOWEVER, the zipper quality is absolutely TERRIBLE! Do not buy this! The top has plenty of room for me but the zipper does not zip past my mid-back! I even tried to zip it without it on, but it won't move up past the point and is not stuck on any fabric. I bought final sale and it feels like this is a defective dress! Super frustrating, Lulus!

    Beautiful but long!

    This was the longest dress I have ever purchased. I feel like normally if it's a little long, that heels will fix it, but you actually can't even walk in this dress. I'm 5'3 for reference.

    Size Up If You Have a Bigger Bust

    Defective item received for final sale

    Seam under the right bust area came half ripped up. Looks like someone returned it, and I got this faulty item. If selling for final sale, please double check on your quality control. Didn't even get to try it on.
