Awful experience

Broken zipper
The dress I super pretty but I tried it on ONCE. And the next time I tried it on, the zipper was completely broken and I couldn't wear the dress.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Klara! LOVE LOVE LOVE
I sized down and ordered an XS because I was worried about pulling up the dress all night. It fits my bust perfectly and makes them look so good. It's not too long for a petite person (wearing heels). I could be hemmed a bit but it looks stunning!

perfect!
I bought this for prom and got it hemmed a little bit. The dress was perfect. I received so so many compliments the whole night. However, it is a little tight on the chest area, but after it's zipped up, it feels perfect. I danced the whole night, and my dress didn't fall or get loose once, so it's super cute, safe, and perfect.
