Zipper
I love lulus. I've been a customer for 10+ years but lately I'm very disappointed with the dresses I've been buying, specially the zipper. This is the fourth dress that I get, and I have trouble zipping it down as it gets stuck, so I end up wearing it just once. This dress overall was disappointing.Response from Lulus.com:
