Gorgeous skirt but runs big
I wanted to love this skirt. So bad. And when I pulled it out of the box I was super excited. When I tried it on however I wasn't so impressed. The material is amazing and if you have any sort of curves I think this could be the skirt for you. However for me it flared out in the back and just looked awkward unless I stood with my legs apart, which is not practical. burgundy skirt
I got this tip from my coworker to order my skirt a size up from what I would normally choose and it paid off. Pairing this with tights and a black sweater this winter is perfect and because it's looser, I can pull it up over my hips to fit the way I like. My only complaint is that there is this weird, almost ruffle like feature on the bottom half, especially in the back and that is hard to tell by looking at the pic. Now that I know it is there,...
