A little big and not the same color
The red I ordered is definitely not the crimson red that it looks like in the pictures. It's more of a deep burgundy color. It runs a little large as well so I had to get it tailored. I'm taking the top in, the skirt waist and getting A LOT hemmed as it runs crazy long. The cost for hemming is quite a bit as pleats are no easy thing to work with. I love the look of the dress so it's worth it to me, but it is taking a bit to get it to work for me.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Elspeth! Very long!
I am 5'3" and ordered an xsmall. This dress is extremely long, so leave yourself time for alterations. Even with high heels, it was over a foot too long!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Latitia! Insanely long
A month ago I ordered another floor length dress from here and was a little worried since I'm short but with the heels I wore (5 inches) I was fine. Ordered this dress the same size and because it had the same dimensions as the previous one and what a mistake. The dress was almost double in length than the dimensions said. Beautiful but runs large and very long.

Loved this dress!
I struggle to find dresses with my bust size, but this dress was great! The color is super pretty. Only reason it didn't get a 5 was because of the length! Very easy alteration fix though!

A seamstress nightmare
This dress is beautiful. But the bottom was so incredibly uneven, the cost to alter the LENGTH ONLY, was more than the cost of the dress itself (alterations = $140). The seamstress gave me the piece she cut off the bottom to show how uneven it was & said I should send it to the "Retailer" because she couldn't believe they sold it like that.
