Fits perfectly and looks cute!

A tad loose but still cute!
Wore these for my family portraits and it was perfect. A true navy blue. Just the right length, and didn't rise up too much with my arms up. Dress itself was a bit loose and didn't have much shape to it, but it was still cute and was the look I was going for.
