You get (less than) what you pay for
Let's be honest--for something that's 31 bucks at sticker price and 26 on sale, I could have gotten the same shirt at Forever 21 (which is a store that you should ban from your mall visits forever after 21 anyway) for cheaper. For all the folks who said that it wasn't see-through, I completely disagree. The title pretty much describes my complaint. I ordered my typical size in this shirt and although it fits, it's shorter than I would have liked it to be.
