    Prom Dress

    Ordered this as a backup prom dress and did not end up wearing it. Cute dress but very simple and not special enough for prom in my opinion.

    Didn't keep it but very pretty!

    I was sourcing some inspo for my bridesmaids dresses and this dress was a top contender. We're doing a beach wedding this summer and we have really colorful flowers (pinks/corals/etc) and gold accents, which would have looked beautiful up against this color, but in the end I went with another option because I have nine bridesmaids and thought it would be a weird time to have them all in the same style.     lovely dress

    I'm excited to wear this to the USMC ball this year. I love that it has a higher front to offset the sexier open back. A little nervous the super thin straps will cut into my shoulders after hours of wear, but I like they are adjustable. The dress is classic red. Not a super bright highlighter red like the picture.
