Satisfied with my purchase
I'm new to ordering from Lulus, so I'm still figuring out my sizing with them. I'm normally a size small in most things but I feel like I could've purchased an extra small in this dress because of the amount of stretch it has. Just not too sure. Not for busty girls
Ordered for a wedding. I'm 5 months pregnant and it was super easy to get the small zipped up. The reason I returned it was the cut in front. I am a 34D pre-pregnancy, I'm sure I'm a little larger in the chest now and the front was so low cut. Showstopper baby!
I received so many compliments on this dress. Customer service was above and beyond in helping me exchange for a smaller size. For reference, I'm 139 lbs, 5'5.5. Measurements- bust: 35, waist: 29, high hip: 32, hip:39. I initially ordered a size small, which fit nicely. However, there was loose fabric in the high chest/collar bone area. Shop somewhere else
I loved shopping at Lulus before needing to return a dress. For an online company, it needs to be better. They opted in to giving me store credit vs actual money back. When I emailed to resolve this they wanted me to go to UPS to prove the drop off date. I've never seen something from a company. Highly recommend shopping somewhere like revolve or princess polly. So beautiful!
I went to a fall wedding and got so many compliments on this dress, it was thin enough to where it wasn't too hot, but kept me warm enough in the 60 degree weather. It fit true to size and I have no complaints!!
