Beautiful Dress

Wanted to love!
Based on the size chart, I bought the XS, but it was just too big -- everywhere -- for me. The torso was way too long; the waist was not in the correct place, and it was 4-5" too long. I loved the style, but it looked terrible on short, small, short-waisted me. Had to return. Otherwise, it was elegant, well made and very pretty.
