Close but not quite

Chest weird
Super cute dress with a really fun back tie but the chest area feels super cheap and almost like they forgot to hem it together. Cute dress, but awkward chest.
I love the pattern of this dress, but it does not fit my chest well. I have a small bust and I'm almost busting out of this dress. Definitely made only for body types like the model wearing it.
