Too small

INSANELY SMALL. BUYER BEWARE.
I am not joking when I say this dress is comically small around the shoulders. Like painfully small it's awful. Like I really need you guys to take seriously how small this dress is. I'm a size 6-8 normally so I ordered a medium and large like a typical to to be safe (I'm tall so I never order smalls).
