Damaged product
Product came damaged. Having to pay shipping returns for a damaged product just sucks, especially because the other items I ordered for potential graduation outfits fit me in an unflattering way that left me feeling discouraged and just ugly. Sucks that the one item that worked was damaged, and bc it's out of the size now, it's just not an option for me.
