Pretty dress, runs small especially through bust

Small On The Hips
I ordered an XS assuming that it would be better for me to be able to hold it up with an XS. However, I couldn't get it down past my hips. Maybe I should've ordered a small. Western formal
Bought this dress for a cousin's wedding, themed as western formal. It is a beautiful fit, very lightweight. It hugs perfectly around your waist, with a nonslip strapless top. Pairs well with boots and a belt!
