Sizing down is a good idea
I sized down to a large based on what the other reviewers said and I'm glad I did since it's pretty stretchy. It's extremely comfortable and the fabric is a perfect midweight. I didn't have any issues with the buttons gaping, but I think next time I'll wear a half slip so it doesn't look quite so short. The fact that the skirt flares out like it does makes it so flattering!

Such a cute dress
Just got my order today. Order came quickly. I love this sweater dress. Very soft and stretchy and so comfortable and warm. Love the buttons....it makes it look so classy. I chose XS and it is perfect, not too big or too small. Dress hits a couple inches above my knee. It will look really nice with my lace pantyhose and black suede boots. Gotta buy this one, girls. Soft but too loose and can be very hole-y
The dress material is very soft but the arms are very very long. It runs quite large and because it is too loose, I would be afraid to sit down anywhere thinking that the holes between the buttons would result in a little peek-a-boo. Love it
I love this dress. The quality is amazing. Lulus never disappoints on their quality. My only complaint is that it's super short. I had to tug it down quite a bit to cover my butt. Luckily, the dress has a lot of stretch so the tug down worked. I'm 5'7 with a long torso and pear-shaped body, so the length might not be a problem for most. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

CLASSY and CLASSIC!!
I absolutely love this dress. The style is perfect. Very classy and classic. Truly timeless. Love the length of the buttons and the material is a nice soft knit fabric. Cute little dress. I'm tall and the sleeves are long enough. It falls perfectly and fits well with long leather boots or cowboy boots.
