    Damaged Dress - Where Is Customer Service

    My dress arrived covered in ink stains. Finding a customer service number is impossible. All I can do it return it for a fee. This company makes the cutest clothes; but their customer service is horrid.

    LOVE

    This dress is super comfy. I sized down due to other comments and it fit perfect. Very sweater like. It is really long on me, goes past my knees. So short girlies take that into consideration.

    Obsessed!!

    I ordered this dress for my company Holiday Party and it was not only comfortable it was the perfect fit. It has a soft cozy feel and kept me warm. Would absolutely recommend this dress to anyone.

    Almost Perfect

    I love the shape of this dress and the softness of the fabric. It looks exactly like the photos. The only thing I don't like is that the weight of the dress pulls the neckline down pretty far.

    Color is not true ivory

    The color is not even close to ivory. It is a more of a light peach. Very unflattering color on my skin, but also highly disappointed in the description/pictures on the website - what I received does not match. Photo is the dress next to a Lulus ivory sweater that I got in the same order, for comparison.

    Fits like a glove!

    Great fabric weight - not too heavy or too light. High quality unlike a lot of other sweater dresses I have purchased online. The length is perfect as well Can't wait to pair it with boots for a night out!

    Nice

    Very flattering the way it goes on your hips. I will say that it shows cleavage and wearing a bra is tough because you can see it. I'm thinking about buying a black bra and just wearing it with it. Good length and super comfortable.
