    Cute, but buttons need reinforcement

    This dress is flattering, and the material is thick and soft. However, the buttons need to be reinforced. Two buttons popped off less than 10 minutes after I put the dress on for the first time. I used a standard sewing kit, and the buttons are holding up now. Would have expected the buttons to hold better for the price. Will be wearing this for Thanksgiving. 4 stars for the subpar buttons, otherwise it was exactly what I was looking for.

    Very awkward fit, very frumpy

    Unless you look like the model in the picture, this piece is very awkward to style or wear. There is little waist definitIon and can come off as extremely frumpy.

    Sizing way off

    I don't know what is up with the sizing lately for Lulus orders. I am always a large, and this was way too small as a large. When I exchanged it for an extra large, it is massive. I was trying to see if I could alter it, and I would need to take at least 2 inches off the top. I do not recommend this dress because the sizing is so off.

    Cute but size up!

    Such a cute dress! Fabric is thicker & heavier, which is perfect for the colder months. There are also small pockets in the front. I'm usually between sizes (S & M) across the majority of brands. I was recommended a S, originally got M based on reviews to size up, & still needed to exchange for a L.

    Great Quality, But fit is too small!

    Size up, I always buy size Large from Lulus, and I rarely have fit issues. But this dress I struggled closing the buttons, and once I reached the top button, I could not close it due to my bust. I suggest to size up, especially if you are on the curvier side. The dress and quality is great though.
