Cheap zipper
The dress is super cute. However, like so many other dresses/jumpsuits I have tried on from Lulus, the zipper is absolute crap. It is super flimsy and gets stuck halfway. Dresses used to be better quality, now it seems that Lulus is trying to cut corners with cheaper trims and fabrics. Note to the buyers: PLEASE spend the extra money to invest in quality zippers. It will elevate your brand and keep your customers happy.Response from Lulus.com:
