between sizes-I sized down
the skirt fits perfectly, I am between sizes so I always have a hard time with dresses. I am between a 4 and 6. I ordered a small and it zips up no problem but it is snug. I purchased this dress to wear to my office Xmas party and I loved it! The quality of material feels high quality and is soft and smooth to the touch! My favorite parts of this dress are the open back and the open side panels. The dress is everything I expected based on the online image!
