    Why is this item not eligible for return?

    I ordered this item on 7/22... it is 8/14. Why can I not return this item? And why can I not find contact information for customer service?

    Busting Out

    Not made for someone with a larger bust.

    Not much bust support

    Beautiful dress! Would've loved it but the bust section was just too short to support my bust (34DDD) causing overflow and slippage. The bust to waist section was also a bit short which made the fabric tuck up into my waistline too. Just not for me :(

    Awesome Dress!

    I wore this for my sorority formal and loved it! I ended up buying it in a pinch because I don't normally wear strapless dresses, but it turned out so adorable! The dress was long on me, but that was expected as I am a short girl and had no time to hem it. Loved!!

    Runs small, not soft

    This did not even zip up, and I do not have a big bust, made for someone really small. Had to return.
