Super soft

Not warm, nor soft.
This LOOKS so warm and soft and cozy. In actuality, it is a super scratchy synthetic material that is not remotely warm. Very disappointing.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Meagan! Not happy with Lulus company
I usually am a true fan of Lulus products. I had to return the sweater. The color was dull but the big problem was the sweater looked all stretched out on me. I am disappointed with Lulus because [the] company made me pay for shipping and restocking. I shouldn't have been charged for shipping and restocking because I returned [the] sweater within 30 days. Wish I Liked it More

Warm but arms are short
I ordered this and another sweater in S based on past sweaters I've purchased here and the "recommended" size. But I felt both were very short in the sleeves and I would have preferred a M. I'm returning the other because of the sleeves and the viscose fabric was weird, but this one is super soft and pretty.
