Fabric is Meh
I loved the idea of a versatile dress and ordered this dress as a test run for my bridesmaids. The dress fit well, but I returned it because the fabric looks cheap compared to other dress options. The fabric is shiny and the dress is composed of two layers of identical fabric. I would also be concerned about this dress if you are self conscious about any areas as it does cling to the body.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Hillary! Just OK
The material was really heavy and clingy. It just didn't give my body a nice look because it clung in the wrong areas. The material was also thin in some places and thicker in others. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Sexy, comfortable and versatile
I was surprised when I received the dress. I was concerned ordering a formal dress online. However, the dress is so versatile and fun to play with. The waist was a little snug but did fit. Lik the look
I could not get this dress on over my head or by stepping into it. The waist has no give. There should be a zipper or more of a stretch to it. I have ordered many LuLus dresses and have loved them. I like the look of this but I was disappointed none of the reviews mentioned this aspect. It felt like I could hear Seams ripping when I tried to get it on. I typically where a small. I'm going to exchange and try a medium.
