    Perfect Spring Dress for a Formal Event but Runs Big with Stretch

    The Delightful Beauty Blue Mesh Strapless Ruched Ruffled Maxi Dress is a beautiful blue color, and the texture is fabulous! IMO, it is the perfect dress for a Spring Formal Event - I am wearing it to a Black Tie Wedding next weekend.     Love the dress, not the price hike

    Love the dress; It fits beautifully. What I didn't love is that I originally ordered a medium for $84. It was a little big, so I wanted to exchange it for a small; However, it was out of stock. I was able to order a small 3 weeks later outside of the free return window. No problem, I had to pay a $4.99 restocking fee.
