Tight - but cute!
This skirt is SUPER high quality. 10/10 on quality, stitching and fabric. The skirt has zero stretch in the waist, so I would size up. It does not loosen up over time. I bought my true xs (24-25in waist), and I wish I would have sized up. I'm 5'7" and 123lbs. The xs is wearable, but a touch uncomfortable when sitting.
