Tight but Sexy
I always get a small in Lulu's - 5'3, 125, Sz 4/27, but I needed this dress in white as a bachelorette party option. Unfortunately, the white only came in XS. WHOA it was tight - I was packed in like a sausage and my 34DD's were screamin to be set free. I ended up loving the look of the dress though, so I got the red in a small. Amazing dress
I read a lot of reviews on this dress and most of them said it runs small I have to say I'm thankful I didn't go with those reviews and order the next size up it fit true to size for me. Looks better on the model
Cute but the material is VERY thick. Sometimes that's a good thing and sometimes it isn't. I ordered a large (36C, 29" waist, 40" hips). It was too big in the bust and fit great in the waist and hips, but because the material was so thick, it made me look thick. I am curvy and athletic, so I'm not trying to look any thicker. Even tightening the lace-up part, the bust was still too big. Plus the straps were too long for my 5'3" body. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Love it so much I own 3!!!
Started out with the burgundy a few months ago and was so pleased with how perfect this dress is I've picked up the beige and white as well. Classic style with a touch of sexy in the lace up front. Fabulous fabric, thick and stretchy not cheap and flimsy. Perfect length on my 5'2" body. Love everything about this. Highly recommend! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Wouldn't purchase again
This dress shows off what you are working with that's for sure but it is extremely difficult to walk in since the fabric though stretchy basically has no give. It should have a slit in the back or something. Also, it will show any unflattering areas in the stomach area since it clings to you. Curvy girls beware. Baggy Waist
I got the beige in Small which fit me like a glove on the butt but the waist was incredibly baggy. I don't think I could swap for an XS because it was already tight on the bum and rides up, and the armpits come up really high and would've cut into me. On the plus side the material is thick and sturdy but imo it's like a bodycon where they forgot about the waist.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Lauren!
