dress has changed
I bought this dress previously and LOVED it. It was bright orange and felt more expensive than it was. I needed to repurchase since it was a bit snug. First, I ordered a larger size and it was way too big, so I exchanged for the same size I already own. The straps are wider, the dress is longer and bigger (about two inches of extra fabric). Adorable
From the front, a very classy LBD. The back has some pizzazz! Absolutely cute for any age. One of my straps came broken, while inconvenient it just changed how I tied it in the back. I have love the quality of garments from Lulus in the past but lately they are falling flat on quality! It was a non returnable item.Response from Lulus.com: Hey, Mollie! Weird fit
It's a little longer than what it looks like in the picture and has a really weird fit. The bow is self-tie and extremely confusing. You are not able to wear a standard strapless bra & have it covered by the bow, so if you are like me and bra-less is not an option I would pass on this dress.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Alyssa, thanks for your review! Pre-wedding Cocktail Event Dress or a Night out
This was SUPER cute and one of my favorites. I look forward to wearing it. I am a true Medium, but I personally wanted it to fit looser as pictured by the model. I initially bought a M. This really is so pretty and fun in real life. I am pear shaped (smaller on top, bigger waist and booty). The M wouldn't even go over my hips, while the large fit by hips, stomach and butt, the top part was just too big to make it work. If you have a different build this would be great.
