    Wrong dress - DISAPPOINTED

    I ordered a white-and-blue toile dress for a banquet and received a completely different white dress (the bag insert even listed the correct white and blue toile dress). It is a clear packing error. I called customer service on 4/14/2026 and waited 46 minutes, was told a replacement would arrive on 4/17/2026, but it never arrived and the tracking number given was for my original incorrect order.     I ordered a white-and-blue toile dress for a banquet and received a completely different white dress (the bag insert even listed the correct white and blue toile dress). It is a clear packing error. I called customer service on 4/14/2026 and waited 46 minutes, was told a replacement would arrive on 4/17/2026, but it never arrived and the tracking number given was for my original incorrect order. I ordered a month early specifically to allow time for alterations, and because of your mistake and missed delivery promise I no longer believe I'll have enough time to alter the dress. I am extremely disappointed in Lulus and demand either immediate shipment of the correct dress with guaranteed delivery the week of April 19, 2026, or a full refund of the purchase price plus all shipping charges if the correct dress is not delivered that week. Please confirm receipt of this message and your chosen resolution within 48 hours. - Tasha T.

    Lovely Fit, but the Straps Slide

    Overall, I absolutely loved this dress. The fabric and the fit are truly lovely! While I think the bust area could use a bit more structure, the dress is incredibly comfortable to wear. The only detail that was slightly "annoying" is that the shoulder ribbons (the ones you tie into bows) tend to slide down and fall off my arms. Other than that, it's a gorgeous piece!

    Not Lined

    I would have given it five stars but the lining is see through. I had to find a slip so the very shadow of my butt crack wouldn't show. Which was very difficult with how high the slit goes and with the shape of the neckline. I did wear a sticky bra so my areoles wouldn't show but you could still see the care tags. The quality wasn't too bad. There were some loose threads and there was some dark thread where there should have been light. Overall,... Read More

    Cute but the straps are a no

    I love the dress and how easy-going it is! I love the stretchy back part of the dress and the flowy skirt too. My main issue is the straps, super cute but wayyyy too long even after making huge bows. After a bit of moving, they kept falling down, making me worry for a potential wardrobe malfunction!

    Would've been perfect

    This dress would've been absolutely perfect if I had gone with my true size:( It's stunning on the body and I love the little slit that pokes through. I'm typically a L but thought I'd try a M, bad idea. I would've exchanged for a bigger size because it's just so cute on, but it wouldn't have arrived in time.     Graduation Dress

    Absolutely loved it. Not transparent at all which I love especially in the breast part, so I don't even have to wear any type of cover and has the right type of support to keep the girls up. Snatches me up around the waist and is comfortable when sitting down. Would make it even better if it had pockets but oh well, still a nice dress.     Yellow Dress

    This dress is so pretty and I love the square neckline and adjustable straps! It is pretty see-through, and most underwear/bras will show underneath.

    Great classic dress!

    This dress was great for my husband's banquet! It was very flattering, and I received a lot of compliments! The only issue was that it runs a little big. If I had more time, I would've probably gotten a size lower so take that as you will. Other than that, really cute!

    Fits perfectly except the straps

    Fits perfectly except the straps. The straps do not let you tie them to make it tighter so I got them shortened through alterations . Beautiful green color for a spring wedding, got so many compliments.
