Runs incredibly small

Terrible customer service!!!
My entire package was never delivered!! I spent $600 on dresses I needed for a vacation that never showed! I contacted customer service. They did nothing but say oh well. I am so disappointed in Lulu's! I ordered from them all the time. I will never order from this company again. They do not care about the customers now $600 is down the drain and they won't even replace the package or send me a refund! Absolutely unfair!
