    Order up!

I could lose 20lbs and I still don't know that this dress would zip. It's lovely fabric - silky but doesn't stick to you - so if you do choose to order it, SIZE UP!!!

    Casual satin dress

I ordered the dress for a family bridal shower event. The material was very nice, fits to size on top, but a bit loose from the waist down. I didn't care about how it fitted me overall, so I ended up wearing something else. I will order again from them, it arrived in a timely manner. Thank you,
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Rana, thanks for your review! We apologize that this dress didn't meet your expectations in person. Very poor quality would not order again

I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again. This dress and the other one I ordered run small, this smaller than the other! I wear a size 6 dress almost always, I ordered this large due to the style and could barely get in on and getting it off was a struggle. It was way to small and very cheap looking. This says no refunds and exchange only for size. That won't help me at all. I will call in the morning.

    Zipper did not work

This is the second dress that I have purchased from Lulu's this year that the zipper did not work!!! Very cheap quality, like 1 step up from Shein. Also the split is very high, if the wind blows you might flash someone.
Response from Lulus.com: Hi Alex, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're sorry to hear that you had trouble with the zipper. We will share this feedback with the proper teams for review. We want you to love every Lulus purchase, so if you are ever in need, please get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice).... Love it but runs small.

Love it, but runs small. I bought a size medium and need a size large.
