Misshapen & Lump
This bag arrived misshapen (especially the handle) and I've tried everything to get it to look like the pictures. Cannot get this bag to be shaped like the one pictured and Lulu's won't let me return it even though I've never used it. I waited this long because I thought it would relax into a better shape by now. I can't resell it either because it is DEFECTIVE. Don't buy unless you're okay with the lumpy shape!
