Going Above and Beyond
The dress is adorable, but I wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received. Originally, the dress shipped, but the status wasn't being updated. I called Lulus and she immediately sent another dress, two day shipping for no extra charge, so that I could get the dress by homecoming. Super adorable dress for my elopement, but ripped on first wear
I really thought this dress was gorgeous, and it turned out so cute in my elopement photos! At first I ordered an XS but ended up exchanging for a small, which fit perfectly!! The very first time I wore the dress, though, it ripped along the seam on my left side, which is super sad because I would have loved to wear it again.
