Great shoes and really comfortable
I got these for a wedding and they look great. I've worn them a few times and they are super comfortable. The fabric has a bit of stretch to keep them feeling great. They are well made and I get lots of compliments when I wear them - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Reorder, then Refund
I was told by Lulus to reorder shoes in a larger size. Then, request a return label so smaller size shoes could be returned for a refund. I already ordered a 6.5 size which fits perfectly! Ty- now, I'm waiting for the return label for the size 6 shoe. This is written in your report by Lulus. Ty for your consideration - KarenResponse from Lulus.com: Hello Karen! We're sorry to hear that these heels fit smaller than you expected. There are a few convenient ways to get in touch with us (lulus.com/customerservice) if you're ever in need of assistance. Gorgeous but too high
Loved the look of these, but the fit is really tight (I would order up 1/2 size) but more importantly, the heel was too high for me. Wish they came in 2".Response from Lulus.com: Hello Sara, thanks for your review! We're sorry to hear that these heels didn't work out for you. At Lulus, we want you to feel comfortable and confident wearing our products. Quality Rules
I received the shoes in the timeframe promised which was great as I have lost faith in many companies with regards to timing. The quality of the shoes was better than expected as well. I actually think they are better than the picture. The bow has a great shape and follows the side curve of the shoe. I have shown it to others who are going to order another color for themself. Thank you. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
