The product never arrived and I am unable to talk to CS. I had to open a claim with UPS because the package got lost and they said to contact the sender, however, I don't find any way to contact Lulus about it. So pretty!
I was skeptical of these heels when I first purchased as I thought they were going to be slightly too pink... wrong! They paired perfectly with my navy blue bridesmaids dress and are the perfect shade of nude. On top of that, they're super comfortable and I was able to wear them all night long--dancing and all.
