    Oversized, poor quality

    I ordered this for a New England cruise I have coming up in October. I should have listened to the reviews and sized down, although I still wouldn't have been happy. I ordered an XL, paid for rush delivery, the packaging said XL, but the label on the coat itself says L. It was swimming on me.     I ordered this for a New England cruise I have coming up in October. I should have listened to the reviews and sized down, although I still wouldn't have been happy. I'm not sure if I received an XL like I ordered or a L like the coat says. The quality is terrible, with pieces of fabric balling up everywhere along the arms and throughout the coat.     Snuggly and soft

    Product came neatly packaged and as I had ordered. It fit me as I wanted. It was a little bigger, and it was a little longer. I'm a shortie, but I expected that and don't mind it. Nice and warm. I ordered the same one but in the light color for my daughter, and she loves it.

    Too big

    Sweater fits very generous and doesn't close

    Very nice sweater

    The material is soft its made well I did order a medium but I exchanged for a small fits perfectly and exchanged was fast. Thank you Lulus.

    Snagged

    Product came with a snag on it but I realized it after I took the tags off. Not happy with how much I paid for it.
