Perfect for cotillion

Third time was a charm
Based on measurements online I ordered a medium and it was huge! Sent it back and ordered a small and it was still very big. I finally got an XS and fit fine. So many compliments!
I got this for my engagement party and got so many compliments! I typically would go size large, but I've purchased from Lulus before, and the large has been tight in the past. The XL fits perfectly! Very snug on my larger chest, so I went braless. Perfect length!
