Runs way small

Too small
This wouldn't even close it was so small. I don't even think sizing up would work. The size is wrong

Very very small - I couldn't close the blouse, it was 4 inches too smal
Very very small - I couldn't close the blouse; it was 4 inches too small. Usually, I purchase a size XL. I gave it to my slender niece.
