Perfect Summer Dress!

Fit me great everywhere except for the band, which was a little tight.
I have this dress in a Medium and I also have it in Green but in a small. The small fits my body AMAZING and looks fabulous! But, its too tight around the band, enough to make me prefer a Medium over a small. The medium didn't look as great on the rest of my body, but since we were going to dinner & eating was my main priority, I needed a looser fitting dress.
