Dress arrived with hole in back
The dress is great and fits well except it came with a hole in it and the zipper sewn wrong. Customer service could not have been less helpful or concerned that I paid 2 day shipping because I had an event. It was a disaster. If you are lucky enough to get one sewn together its lovely and great material Dont depend on customer service to help you if you get a defective one.Response from Lulus.com:
