not very nice
The quality on this just was not what I was hoping for. It was not soft like velvet but scratchy and reminded me of that ribbon tape you get at the fabric store to keep seams together.

Horrible!
I don't understand why there are any good reviews! There was no velvet. When I put it on my neck, it was way too big to be worn as a choker even on the tightest setting, and I have a pretty average sized neck (I'm 5'6, 120lb). It looked so cheap and was so obvious that it wasn't velvet even from far away. It even had bends in it. I LOVE Lulu's but this was super low quality and calling it "velvet" was very misleading.
