Size is not true

Love it!
My measurements were between a Medium and a Large and I went for the medium and couldn't be happier! It fit's like a glove! One problem is that it was too long but this is a regular occurrence when buying things since I am 5'4". Also the material wrinkles very easily but that's an easy fix. too small
Love the material and flow of the dress BUT the fit runs REALLY small. I ordered a small and when it arrived I couldn't get it zipped even halfway. I am normally a size 4-6, weigh 130lbs, full c cup, 5'5 height. I ordered a large and it was STILL too small. There is NO STRETCH in the material and is clearly made for a woman who has no breasts. Ordered a Large not made for women with breast. Also the item is made in China. Material is satin not sun dress material.
